Before You Ask | RNIB
My younger sister was born with glaucoma, so I’ve seen firsthand how easily sighted people can make assumptions about blind and partially sighted people. That personal connection made helping produce RNIB’s Before You Ask campaign especially meaningful to me.
I helped bring my sister’s perspective into the pre-production process by arranging for her to join calls with the creative team and, at times, the client. Her input helped shape the initial ideation and challenge common misconceptions.
The campaign brings into focus questions blind and partially sighted people are asked every day, encouraging sighted people to pause and consider their perspective before asking.
